At Devereux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate the Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Place the items securely in a box or mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
